Why do some driving instructors cancel their own appointments with lame excuses and then complain that their clients let them down?
As a trainer who helps ADI/PDI improve their training I am going thourgh a worrying trend of driving instructors letting me down for their pre-booked appointments that they have often booked 4-6 weeks in advance. To add to this some then seem puzzled that they have a check test in a weeks time or a part 3 test and I have no room to fit them in. Any ideas how I can help these clients manage their training would be grateful.
